It is highly rich with polysaccharides beta-glucans. They have a pronounced antitumor and immunomodulatory effects; they are highly effective in fight against pathogenic bacteria, and also help to reduce increased blood pressure and lower blood sugar. High concentration of organic germanium is characteristic for the Reishi fungus. It promotes the activation of metabolic processes, increases immunity, exhibits antitumor activity (prevents the progressing of malignant neoplasms and prevents the appearance of metastases). It also has antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, analgesic and radioprotective properties. In addition, the germanium contained in the Reishi fungus, like hemoglobin (a protein of red blood cells), participates actively in the process of transporting oxygen from the lungs throughout the human body and thereby prevents the development of hypoxia (oxygen deficiency) at the tissue level. Reishi fungus is also a rich source of triterpenoids (ganodermic acids), which have a molecular structure similar to steroid hormones. The triterpenoids, as a part of the fruiting body of the Reishi fungus, have antiallergic, antioxidant, hepatoprotective, antitumor and moderate analgesic effect. They improve the rheological properties of blood and prevent thrombus formation, increase the efficiency of oxygen consumption by the body, and, like the polysaccharides, presented in the Reishi fungus, help to lower arterial blood pressure during hypertension and reduce the content of cholesterol in blood.
Composition: the fruiting body of the Reishi fungus contains replaceable and
irreplaceable amino acids, organic acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, beta-glucan polysaccharides, triterpenoids, coumarins, saponins, phytoncides, vitamins (mainly B3, B5, C and D), flavonoids, alkaloids, as well as various macro- and macroelements (germanium, calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, manganese, phosphorus, zinc, copper, sulfur, selenium, silver, etc.).
How to use: take 2 teaspoons of chopped reishi fungus and pour them with 200 ml (1 cup) water, keep it boiling for 5 minutes at constant stirring. Then leave the broth for 30 minutes, strain, cool and take 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
Contraindications: Pregnancy, breastfeeding, children (up to 7
years old).
Shelf life: 24 months at a relative humidity of not more than 70%.
